We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to cover maternity leave for 12 months with a possible reduction of 2 months working 35 hours per week on a 2 week rolling rota based at Water Meadows Swimming and Fitness Complex.  We are looking for candidates with excellent communications skills, either face to face or over the telephone, who have a calm and approachable manner with good administrative skills and is comfortable handling cash.

Salary £15,807.00 per annum


 
Key Responsibilities:

- To welcome all visitors to the facility in a warm and helpful manner
- Take bookings for the use of facilities by members of the public, both in person and over the phone

New trustees will have a passion for sport and recreation and ideally experience in management and leadership roles.  A commercial and financial background are of particular interest with strengths in marketing, strategy planning , technology or education being of relevance also.

The Trust meets between 8 to 10 times per year with its partners Mansfield District Council and  SERCO the managing agents.  Meetings take place on midweek afternoons in the Council's leisure outlets.
