Exercise Classes at Meden

  

Aqua-Fit

A gentle workout in water for people who are new or returning to exercise.

A fun, low-impact programme that builds balance, flexibility and muscle strength.

HIIT express

There’s a reason high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is one of the hottest fitness trends on the planet – it’s the fastest way to get fit, and stay in shape.

Short, sharp bursts of effort help you burn calories, build muscle and feel great.

Indoor Cycling

Come and try our spin on indoor cycling. These are instructor-led sessions with a great atmosphere.

Hill climbs, sprints, interval training - all done at the pace that suits you.

Karate

A martial art that will help you build not only strength and fitness but also self confidence. This class is for adults and children (aged 5 years and above), from beginner to advanced levels.

Legs, bums and tums

The classic workout for people who want to focus on three key areas. Body conditioning using dumb-bells and resistance.

Yoga

Great for fitness; ideal for relaxation and a sense of zen. Stressed out by work? Want to feel energised and stay in shape? Yoga's what you need.

Yogalates

Yoga's great. Pilates is great. Put them together and you have Yogalates! Stretching, breathing and bending your way to fitness and a general sense of wellbeing.
