Whether you are visiting us for the first time or the fiftieth time, we want every visit to be stress-free for you. Here you’ll find all of our amenities to support you before, during and after your workout.

Saunas and steam rooms offer a time-tested way to ease tired muscles and quiet busy minds. Whether it’s post-workout recovery or a moment of calm in your day, this is your space to slow down and restore your energy.
The suite includes a softly heated relaxation area with lounge seating, alongside dedicated showers, a sauna and a steam room that’s been designed to help you switch off.
This is a shared space and welcomes anyone over the age of 18 years old.
As a member, you will be able to take full advantage of our Health Suite.

Opening times
We’re here when it suits you:
Monday to Thursday: 6am - 9.45pm (closed for deep clean on Tuesday from 8.30am - 12pm)
Friday: 6am - 8.45pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8am - 4.45pm
A few things to keep in mind
To make sure everyone has a comfortable, relaxing experience:
Skip lotions, creams and shower gels while using the sauna and steam room
These facilities are for ages 18+
Food isn’t permitted in the health suite
Swimwear must be worn at all times
Don’t forget your towel as we’re unable to provide one
