You don’t have to be a member of our leisure centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Big Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family along too?

Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free Gym welcome where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.

We can also provide you with a FREE Boditrax Scan. This is an amazingly clever system that assesses your body and, very quickly, delivers 14 different measurements, such as your ideal weight, your BMI and your metabolic age, as well as your fat and muscle mass. It's completely free to use, and you can also get a free review of your results.

Get ready for a a fun-packed weekend full of entertaining activities for everyone! There's free family fun sessions with a Bouncy Castle and Soft Play, plus Table Tennis and Boccia for adults too. Join us for a fun and energetic day out with family and friends.
