Our Pool is taking a short holiday:

From Tuesday 29th - Thursday 31st July we're hitting pause on all swimming activities, including lessons for some essential maintenance. We know this isn't ideal, so while our pool is taking a short breather you'll be able to go for a splash at one of our sister pools at Warsop Health Hub and Water Meadows Leisure Complex. We'll be back in action on Friday 1st August. Thank you for your flexibility.

Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie Recipe

This delicious Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie provides a great balance of essential vitamins, healthy fats and protein. The combination of berries, banana, flaxseed, oats and protein powder makes this a tasty drink that is ideal for breakfast, pre or post workout fuel, or as a healthy snack!

1 – 2 Servings

  • 1 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 banana
  • 80g berries, fresh or frozen (we used raspberries and blueberries)
  • 150ml apple juice

STEP 1
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.

STEP 2
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy!
