Pool Hygiene Rules

No outdoor shoes to be worn in the pool hall or changing areas
Please shower before using the pool
If you need the toilet during your swim please leave the pool and use the toilets provided
Infants and toddlers must wear aqua/swim nappies if not toilet trained
Do not swim if you are unwell
Do not swim if you have an open cut or wound
