Fitness Activities
Free Group Personal Training Sessions
Join our Free Group Personal Training sessions on Saturday 11th October and experience what it's like to be coached by one of our amazing Personal Trainers! Enjoy a fun, supportive atmosphere that’s suitable for all fitness levels. Train alongside our expert Personal Trainer and feel the motivation multiply when you bring a friend!

Free Classes
On Saturday 11th October, during our Big Open Weekend, we're opening our doors for a free Boogie Bounce and a free Legs, Bums & Tums class!
Boogie Bounce is a mini-trampoline-based cardio session that feels more like a party than a workout.
Legs, Bums & Tums helps sculpt, tone, and tighten in all the right places.
These sessions are absolutely free, suitable for all fitness levels, and spaces are limited—so make sure to get booked!

Warsop Fire Station at Our Big Open Weekend!
We’re excited to welcome the team from Warsop Fire Station (NFRS) to Warsop Health Hub on Saturday, between 10am – 1pm.
Bring the kids along for a fun and interactive visit where they can:
- Meet the amazing fire service crew
- Take photos with real firefighters
- Learn how the team also carry out special animal rescues
- Watch live demonstrations of the fire engine in action
It’s a brilliant chance for families to see first-hand the incredible work the Fire Service does, don’t miss it!
