1st Birthday Party 3 Month Membership Draw

These terms and conditions relate specifically to the “Prize draw for a 3 month free membership for all attendees” at Warsop Health Hub:

• The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Ltd, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ, on behalf of More Leisure Community Trust.
• Participants can only enter the competition once and must enter the competition in centre.
• New customers must sign up as a MORE member to be eligible. Existing members can participate by providing their name and membership number.
• We reserve the right to exclude entries where all valid information has not been entered at the point of entry.
• Entries can only be made on Sunday 1^st June 2025.
• The winning entry will be chosen by us at random on Monday 2^nd June 2025 and the winner will be notified as soon as possible by the team in centre.
• In the case of dispute, the decision of the Contract Manager of Warsop Health Hub is final.
• If the chosen winner cannot be contacted by Monday 1^st June 2025, fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements, or is otherwise unable to comply with the terms and conditions, a new winner will be selected from the entries.
• If the chosen winner is a current member on a 12-month direct debit membership or a paid in full annual membership, a free 3 months will be applied to the end of 12 month membership.
• If the chosen winner is a current member on a rolling direct debit membership, a free 3 month membership will be applied for July, August and September 2025.
• If the chosen winner is a current MORE member, their membership will be upgraded to a free 3 month Health & Fitness membership.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice and any amendments will be published on this web page.
• All entrants are advised to regularly check the website for any changes to these terms & conditions which may become necessary for operational reasons.
• Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse an individual’s membership at any point with a justified reason.
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

• No cash prize alternative available.
• Subject to acceptance of all the above terms & conditions, the winners will receive a FREE 3-month Health & Fitness membership for Warsop Health Hub. The prize is subject to all applicable Leisure Complex rules, and supervisory regulations, which can be found here.
