Our fully air-conditioned gym has recently been upgraded with the latest cardio, resistance and free weights equipment. So, whether your goal is to lose weight, look good, or feel great, our gym floor is designed to help you get the most from your workout.

Fitness Welcome
We know entering the gym for the first time is sometimes the biggest step, so we provide a full induction as part of our Fitness Welcome for all our members to help make sure you are comfortable with our equipment and get you started on your fitness journey.

As part of your membership, we offer free personalised exercise programmes tailored to your goals and abilities, as well as exercises you enjoy, to help you stay motivated to reach those goals.

Healthy Life is Mansfield District Leisure Trust’s award-winning exercise referral programme. The programme includes personalised support from qualified staff, to help you increase your activity levels.
Boditrax™ is the body composition tool, in just 30 seconds it accurately measures what matters and tracks everything from your metabolic age and muscle mass through to your fat mass and muscle distribution, enabling you to see your progress and set realistic goals. Used by leading hospitals and universities, it's free to all our members.

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible.
At the centre we provide the following facilities to make it accessible to everyone: accessible parking, lifts to all floors, accessible shower facilities, accessible gym equipment.
We also offer free Personal Assistant or Carer passes.
