    *Gym instructor present from 6.15am Monday to Friday and 7.15am Saturday & Sunday. No Gym instructor present after 15:00 on Saturday & Sunday.


    Calling 0345 numbers

    Calling us on an 0345 number will cost you the same as a local call to a standard landline number starting with 01 and 02.

    If you have an inclusive call package for calling landline numbers on your mobile or landline telephone there should be no extra charge for you to call these numbers. Otherwise your call will be charged at the same rate as calling a standard landline number.

    0345 numbers are non-geographic numbers that have been assigned by Ofcom to replace 084 and 087 numbers.

    03 numbers are specially designated for use by Government, Councils, public services, non-profit organisations, and charities.


    Comments, Complaints and Praise

    Mansfield District Leisure Trust is committed to continual improvement and would love to hear your comments, complaints and praise. There are several ways you can do this.

    1. Complete a Customer Comments form and put in the box at the leisure centre. Or  complete the online Enquiry Form.
    2. Inform a member of staff at the leisure centre
    3. Send us a letter
    4. Email us

    Our Comments, Complaints and Praise procedure:

    1. An acknowledgement to all Customer Comments forms received will be given within 5 working days by letter, phone or email. A full response will be given within 10 working days from the acknowledgement being issued.

    2. Any member of staff will be pleased to receive your Comments, Complaints and Praise. If you are not satisfied with the response given by a member of staff then:
       a. Inform the Duty Manger
       b. Inform the Facility Manager
       c. Inform the Contract Manager
       d. Inform the Board of Trustees

    3. An acknowledgement to all letters received will be given within 5 days. A full response will be given within 10 days from the acknowledgement being issued. 

    Letters can be addressed to the facility manager at the leisure centre or sent for the attention of the Contract Manager/Board of Trustees, Oak Tree Leisure Centre, Jubilee Way South, Mansfield NG18 3RT

    4. An acknowledgement to all emails received will be given within 5 days. A full response will be given within 10 days from the acknowledgement being issued.
